It’s rarely a mystery why some people are excellent at what they do and others…not so much. How many of us know people with exceptional gifts and talent, but no chutzpah to follow through to excellence? I am sitting here in the cold, whipping wind to watch three of my four boys pursue excellence in swimming. I have the privilege of being their strength and conditioning coach to help them be their best (with exceptional posture, of course, because good posture is not only health but POWER and EFFICIENCY!). To watch these kids give their best, day after day, regardless of weather, is a great lesson in EFFORT EQUALS RESULTS! So it is with your chiropractic care, with doing your spinal reconditioning exercises, and with every aspect of your health

How healthy do you want to be when you’re 60/ 90/ 120? The Bible tells us Moses was 120 when he died, and his eyesight was strong and his body was strong! And he didn’t even have the newest XYZ supplement! Make sure that the decisions today will support your goals of how you want to be in the next decades. How will you care for those you love if you can’t take care of yourself? The way you think, they way you sleep, the way you eat, the way you exercise, and how you take care of your spine will determine that. it’s in your hands!!!
Here is a simple exercises that you can do at home with no equipment.

As you may have heard during one of my vaccine talks, the Centers for Disease Control recently (in 2007) estimated that one out of ever 166 children had an autism disorder. This seemed to everyone who follows these things to be outrageous. A generation ago, autism either did not exist, or was exceedingly rare (perhaps one in one million children).
The journal Pediatrics published an article in October of 2009 that said that autism has now climbed from 1/166 to ONE IN NINETY ONE CHILDREN! Chiropractors have been warning our patients and the public for over a century that the massive exposure to chemicals in vaccines, including mercury (thimerosal), aluminum, antifreeze (ethylene glycol), and formaldehyde, as well as mutated viruses, cells from aborted human babies, and myriad other chemicals.
I do not believe that vaccines cause all autism (it’s more complicated than that!) but let’s just sit back and think about the fact that our children, if they follow the current prescription, will be subjected to 48 doses of these chemicals by the time they are SIX years old—the mercury alone is thousands of times the “safe” dose, according to the EPA! This could easily explain a huge portion of the rise in autism, let alone the meteoric rise in other conditions:
In 1976, 796,000 children were learning disabled. Today 1 child in 6 is learning disabled.
In 1979, there were 2 million asthmatic children. Today 1 child in 9 has asthma.
In 1970, 1 child in 2,500 developed autism. Today 1 child in 150 develops autism.
In 1970, 1 child in 1,750 was diabetic. Today 1 child in 450 becomes diabetic.
Watch this short video to learn more about why this may be happening:
When will this madness stop? When will we consider alternative ideas to the continuous poisoning of our children?
The healthiest children in the world eat right, exercise, rest well, and have healthy spines. God made them that way!
Nicole had high blood pressure, TMJ syndrome (jaw pain), Lupus, and was in so much pain she was unable to work. The most exciting thing about Nicole’s changes is that so many people are experiencing the life they never thought possible at Chiropractic First. Our techniques allow us to look more closely into the function of the nervous system, both with our digital X-ray system and our advanced training. It takes a lot of training to get there, but we know Nicole thinks it was worth it. So will you. Come see the difference at Chiropractic First in Redding!
For years we saw great results with traditional Chiropractic care in Redding. We saw so many people get well from almost any sickness our people could come up with!
But we were disappointed when we looked at MRI’s and X-rays, in that people’s spines were not changing! So we sought out the most advanced spine- and posture-corrective system in the world, the Pettibon system. Our whole team and I spent hundreds of hours training to be able to help more people than any other Chiropractor in Redding. With our advanced system, we can help people who are in severe pain, or have disc bulges, scoliosis, posture problems, and many other problems most people believed Chiropractic could never help!
Here is a brief overview of what makes us different at Chiropractic First in Redding.
Your Chiropractor battled some of the fittest people on earth over the weekend. The Crossfit Games NorCal Sectionals competition was this weekend, and the competition was amazing! We had to lift a great deal of weight overhead a number of times, sprint, do pullups and burpees, row, carry heavy weights across a football field over and over again, all against the clock and against each other (and, most importantly, against OURSELVES!)…what fun!
To be in the presence of such excellence representing Chiropractic and Redding was wonderful and a great honor. You might be surprised how well our Redding Crossfit team did against all the giants of the Bay Area and all of Northern California!
Want to see how the fittest people in Redding get that way? Well, they get adjusted and they do Crossfit!

Ask yourself: What am I doing to improve my fitness? How am I going to ensure my strength, mobility, and ability to provide for my family’s needs, both physically and emotionally? Am I better this year than last year? How will I be next year?
Although this is not her only improvement, Debbie is SO EXCITED to be done with allergy shots after years of suffering! Those shots are very toxic to the body and should be avoided if possible!
